Asset Survey and Condition Audit

We conduct a full site survey to catalogue all maintainable assets, record their condition, age, and service history, and identify any immediate risks or deficiencies.

Scope of Works Development

A detailed scope of works is prepared, defining maintenance tasks, visit frequencies, response times, and compliance requirements for each asset category.

Contract Agreement and Mobilisation

Once agreed, the contract is mobilised with a dedicated site team, PPM scheduler, and CAFM system setup to manage all planned and reactive works.

Planned Preventive Maintenance Delivery

PPM visits are carried out to the agreed schedule. All tasks are recorded on our CAFM platform with completion certificates, engineer reports, and photographic evidence.
