Our Repair Process
Fault Logging and Dispatch
Repair requests are logged through our helpdesk and an engineer is dispatched to site within the agreed response time. Emergency response is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On-Site Diagnosis
Our engineer conducts a full diagnostic inspection of the faulty unit, measuring pressures, temperatures, electrical values, and airflow to accurately identify the root cause of the fault.
Client Communication
Before proceeding, we clearly communicate the identified fault, proposed repair, required parts, and estimated cost. No works proceed without client approval.
Repair Execution
Repairs are carried out using manufacturer-approved parts and techniques. All refrigerant works are handled by certified engineers.
Testing and Commissioning
On completion, the unit is tested under load conditions to verify the repair. Operating parameters are recorded and compared against design specifications.
Service Report and Documentation
A detailed job completion report is issued covering the fault found, works carried out, parts replaced, and any recommendations for further maintenance or replacement.
